Business access

Business access lets a trusted person help run your business using their own Wedding Computer account. It is part of the Pro business platform. The selected business’s subscription determines which tools are available.

A manager can work with that business’s contacts, bookings, messages, and permitted wedding data. Invite only someone who should have that breadth of access. Business billing and ownership controls remain with the owner.

  1. Ask the person to create their own Wedding Computer account if they do not have one.
  2. Open Business access for the business you own.
  3. Enter Their Wedding Computer email and select Send invitation.
  4. Check People with access. The invitation says Waiting for acceptance until they accept, then Manager access.

Creating an invitation does not immediately grant access. If the email is not associated with an existing account, check the address with the person and ask them to finish creating the account first. Sharing your own sign-in link is unnecessary.

Open Your profile and find Businesses you can access. Review the business, choose whether you want notification emails, and select Accept access. Choose Decline if you do not want to join.

Use your own sign-in email. An invitation addressed to a different account will not appear in this account’s list.

Use Working as in the app to select an accessible business. Check the business name before editing a contact, sending an email, or changing a booking. Records and available features follow the selected business.

The calendar can show items from every business you can access. Its availability shading belongs to the selected business; Open in [business] switches to the business responsible for an item.

This is access to existing businesses. It does not create another business or transfer ownership.

Under Your profile → Businesses you can access, use Email me this business’s notifications and Save email preference. This controls your copies for that business. It does not change the owner’s preferences or remove your access.

  • Owner: open Business access, find the person, select Remove access, and confirm. You can also remove an invitation before it is accepted.
  • Manager: open Your profile, find the business, select Leave business, and confirm.

After access is removed, that grant no longer lets the person open the business. Removing access does not recall files they previously downloaded. Any separate membership they have in a wedding is a different permission and should be reviewed separately.
