What do you need help with?

Wedding Computer is shared by three different people on every wedding: the vendor running their business, the couple planning it, and the guests attending it. Vendors start free (up to 12 active weddings) and add Pro features as they grow. Couples get the same planning workspace free, forever, no matter what plan their vendor is on. Guests need no account at all — just a private RSVP link.

Couples: free, forever

Planning a wedding? Your account costs nothing, permanently — no trial, no card, no catch. Accept your vendor’s invite (or start your own workspace) to see your timeline, budget, and every vendor’s updates in one dashboard instead of a dozen email threads. → For couples

Guests & RSVP

Guests never need an account. They open a private link to RSVP, choose a meal, and flag allergies — then you drag the rest onto a seating chart that auto-seats a first pass and warns you about anyone left unseated or a keep-apart conflict. → Guests, RSVPs & seating

Free to start, forever — no trial, no credit card, and enough room (12 active weddings) that most vendors never hit the cap. Pro removes the limit and adds analytics, AI, and device sync once you do. → Compare plans

CRM & leads

Calendar & availability

Your data

Contacts and weddings are stored as portable Markdown, not locked behind a proprietary export — open any file in a plain text editor, sync eligible data to Obsidian, or download a full reference archive so your history stays yours if you ever leave. → Data ownership
