Work with your wedding team
Use the shared wedding workspace to coordinate with the couple and other professionals. Your membership and permissions determine what you can see and change. Business tools and optional subscriptions are explained in Plans and subscriptions.
Sign in with the invited email
Section titled “Sign in with the invited email”Open the invitation and sign in using the address it was sent to. Create your account if prompted. Wedding Computer uses emailed sign-in links or passkeys; an email link may ask you to continue in the browser before signing in.
If the wedding is missing, check the email address and ask the inviter whether the invitation is still active. Do not create another wedding to work around an invitation problem.
Open the right workspace
Section titled “Open the right workspace”Open Weddings and check the couple, date and your role. A record on the couple’s private vendor shortlist does not grant workspace access. If the wedding is missing, ask a wedding manager to check your membership.
Contribute to the wedding
Section titled “Contribute to the wedding”Use the shared workspace to review the schedule, contribute permitted timeline items, and work with notes, forms, and documents available to you.
You may need the timeline lead’s approval for shared schedule changes. Private CRM notes, couple-only notes, some documents, and guest information are governed by separate visibility settings. Being invited does not expose everything another member has recorded.
If you need someone else to help
Section titled “If you need someone else to help”Ask a wedding manager to invite another vendor who needs access to this wedding. Your internal staff roster does not create a sign-in for that person.
If someone is inviting you to manage an entire business as an assistant, follow Business access instead. That invitation is accepted from Your profile and has a broader scope.
When Pro is needed
Section titled “When Pro is needed”Choose Pro when you want your own pipeline, enquiry and booking forms, invoicing, imports, business calendar connections, and new wedding workspaces. Optional AI and media subscriptions are separate. See Plans and subscriptions.
For missing invitations or sign-in links, see Troubleshooting.
