Analytics
Every vendor account includes an analytics dashboard built from your own CRM data — enquiries, bookings, invoices, and pipeline history. Access it from Analytics in the sidebar. The free plan shows a live overview and trends; Pro unlocks the full dashboard.
What’s on the dashboard
Section titled “What’s on the dashboard”Overview — enquiries, bookings, revenue, and booking rate over the last 30 days, each shown with its change against the previous 30 days. Available on every plan.
Monthly trends — a 12-month chart of enquiries and bookings, so you can see whether your pipeline is trending up or down before it shows up in your revenue. Available on every plan.
Enquiry-to-booking funnel (Pro) — how many enquiries you receive and what share convert to bookings, stage by stage through your pipeline.
Response time (Pro) — your median time to first reply on a new enquiry. Faster replies generally convert better, so this is worth watching if your booking rate dips.
Source attribution (Pro) — which sources your leads actually come from (website, social, search, directories, referrals, API, and so on), so you can see what’s working.
Revenue trend (Pro) — revenue by month, plus your average spend per wedding.
Win/loss analysis (Pro) — a breakdown of why leads didn’t convert, built from the reason you record whenever you move a contact to Lost (price, availability, chose a competitor, no response, not a fit, or other). Cancellations are broken out separately from lost enquiries.
Busyness and demand — a heatmap of how in-demand a given date is, built from cross-vendor booking patterns (how many enquiries and bookings that date is attracting across other vendors on the platform, at state/province, country, and global level). It exists to drive two decisions: what to charge, and what to chase. A date that’s showing high demand is one where you can hold your price and prioritise getting a quote out fast, because couples are competing for it; a quiet date is one worth being flexible on price for, or actively promoting, because you’re less likely to fill it by waiting. The free plan shows a teaser (the next 30 days, global level only); Pro unlocks the full breakdown (state/province, country, and global, 90 days out) and a “busiest upcoming month” callout.
Suggestions (Pro) — plain-language coaching notes that translate the numbers above into an action, so you don’t have to read every chart yourself to know what to do next. Wedding Computer checks your response time, your booking rate against the industry average, your enquiry volume against the previous 30 days, and your busiest upcoming month, then surfaces whichever is most worth acting on right now — for example “reply faster” when your median reply time has slipped past a day, or “enquiries are down this month” when this month’s volume has dropped sharply. They’re a prompt to go look at the relevant chart and act, not a replacement for it.
Booking goals (Pro)
Section titled “Booking goals (Pro)”Set targets — for revenue, booking count, or both — against a year, a season, or a specific month, and track progress as it comes in. Goals are set from Analytics → Goals.
Industry benchmarks (Pro)
Section titled “Industry benchmarks (Pro)”See how you compare to other vendors in your category and region: your average spend per wedding, booking rate, and enquiry and booking volume over the last 30 days, each set against an anonymised aggregate of vendors in the same category and region. No individual vendor’s data is ever exposed — only the aggregate — so this tells you whether a number that looks fine in isolation is actually ahead of or behind the rest of the industry.
Free vs Pro
Section titled “Free vs Pro”The live overview (last-30-days totals), the 12-month enquiry/booking trend chart, and a demand teaser (next 30 days, global level) are available on every plan. Pro unlocks the rest of the dashboard: the funnel, source attribution, response time, revenue trend, win/loss analysis, suggestions, booking goals, industry benchmarks, and the full demand breakdown. See Free vs Pro for the full comparison.
