Plans and subscriptions
Pro brings your business tools together. The AI subscription and video and audio messaging are optional additions to Pro. Couples plan for free; access to a shared wedding follows its membership and permissions.
Check current pricing and the total shown at checkout before buying. The business owner manages purchases in Subscription.
Couples and wedding-team access
Section titled “Couples and wedding-team access”Couples use their wedding-planning workspace for free. Joining an existing wedding team does not require Pro, but access is limited to that wedding and its permissions. Creating and running your own business bookings requires Pro.
Pro includes the business platform: contacts and leads, your own bookings and unlimited weddings, forms, quotes, invoices and payments, business calendar, planning, analytics, team administration, and supported integrations.

Pro is offered monthly, annually, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. A completed lifetime purchase remains honoured. Lifetime Pro covers the base platform; recurring add-ons are separate unless your account already holds a specific legacy or complimentary entitlement.
Video and audio messaging add-on
Section titled “Video and audio messaging add-on”The media add-on includes video and audio email sending, with messages up to three minutes long. Pro alone does not include a free sending allowance. See Video emails and Audio notes for recording, templates, playback privacy, and expiry.
AI subscription
Section titled “AI subscription”AI writing, reusable prompt templates, MCP access, and automated workflows are bundled into one AI subscription. It requires Pro. This includes email prompt templates, AI enquiry replies, AI text import, and enquiry follow-ups.
Bringing your own AI-provider key does not replace the required Wedding Computer subscription. An external AI client or provider may have its own account requirements and charges.
Your calendar and contacts, in the apps you already use
Section titled “Your calendar and contacts, in the apps you already use”Business iCal/CalDAV calendar and CardDAV contact connections are read-only. Create separately revocable connections under Settings → Calendar & contacts. Google Calendar and Outlook can subscribe to the iCal link; use the displayed account details for compatible CalDAV/CardDAV clients. Changes in a connected calendar or contact app do not write back to the CRM through these connections. See Calendar and connections.
Own your contacts and weddings as real files (Obsidian sync)
Section titled “Own your contacts and weddings as real files (Obsidian sync)”Pro includes the Vault API used by the Obsidian sync plugin. This supports permitted edits in both directions and detects competing changes. It is a different connection from read-only calendar/contact sync.
Ask your CRM instead of opening it (MCP server)
Section titled “Ask your CRM instead of opening it (MCP server)”With Pro and the AI subscription, a compatible MCP client can read and update permitted data. Follow the current connection guide. Voice use depends on your chosen client’s features and configuration; Wedding Computer does not itself provide a universal Siri connection.
Stop re-typing leads from your website or ads (intake API & Zapier)
Section titled “Stop re-typing leads from your website or ads (intake API & Zapier)”Pro includes the limited-scope enquiry API. Its key can read the enquiry schema and submit leads, not read the CRM or wedding data. Use it from a trusted server or automation service.

Creating your own weddings
Section titled “Creating your own weddings”Choose Pro for your own contacts, bookings and wedding workspaces. Pro includes unlimited weddings; finishing or archiving a wedding does not change the subscription needed for business tools.
Pricing
Section titled “Pricing”Use wedding.computer/pricing for current purchase prices and Subscription for the entitlements and billing state of your business. Existing lifetime, legacy, and complimentary grants may differ from a new customer’s purchase options.
Referral programme
Section titled “Referral programme”See Refer and earn for referral links and eligible Pro credits. A referral credit does not automatically cover optional add-ons or replace an existing lifetime entitlement.
Upgrade or downgrade
Section titled “Upgrade or downgrade”The business owner can upgrade, manage add-ons, cancel, or reactivate through Subscription. Cancelling Pro also schedules dependent paid add-ons to end. Reactivating Pro restores add-ons paused by that cancellation; it does not restart an add-on you cancelled separately.
Cancellation is different from account deletion. Records are retained, but tools gated by ended entitlements are no longer accessible. See Subscription FAQ for ending dates, legacy access, and your export options.
