Free vs Pro
Wedding Computer is free to start, forever — not a trial, not “early access.” The free plan is designed to support a steady flow of weddings indefinitely.

Pro with video emails
Section titled “Pro with video emails”Pro with video emails includes everything in Pro, plus unlimited video emails up to 3 minutes each. Video files use private signed playback and are automatically deleted after 90 days. See Video emails for the send flow, privacy details, and recording help.
Your calendar and contacts, in the apps you already use
Section titled “Your calendar and contacts, in the apps you already use”The read-only CalDAV and CardDAV connections are for vendors who don’t want to keep a browser tab open just to check tomorrow’s appointments. Point your phone or desktop calendar app (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, or anything else that speaks CalDAV) at your Wedding Computer feed and your bookings and appointments show up natively alongside everything else on your calendar. Do the same with CardDAV and every couple and lead in your CRM appears in your phone’s contacts app, so an incoming call or text is instantly recognisable. Both connections are read-only and scoped — they mirror what’s in Wedding Computer for you to view elsewhere, they don’t let another app write back and change your CRM data.
Own your contacts and weddings as real files (Obsidian sync)
Section titled “Own your contacts and weddings as real files (Obsidian sync)”If you already keep notes in Obsidian, the vault sync API and its companion Obsidian plugin let your contacts and weddings live as ordinary markdown files on your own device, not only inside the app. Edit a contact’s note in Obsidian and it syncs back to Wedding Computer; edit it in the app and it flows the other way. This is for vendors who want a durable, tool-independent copy of their business data — something they can search, link, back up, and fully own — without giving up the CRM for day-to-day work. If the app and an external tool both change the same thing at once, you’re shown both versions to reconcile rather than having one silently overwrite the other.
Ask your CRM instead of opening it (MCP server)
Section titled “Ask your CRM instead of opening it (MCP server)”The MCP server exposes your wedding data as tools an AI assistant can call directly, which is what makes it more than “an API for developers.” It’s built for voice-first use: with Siri via Apple Intelligence, or from Claude, ChatGPT, or any other MCP-aware app, you can ask things like “what’s on tomorrow’s run sheet” or “add a note to the Smith wedding” and get a real answer or action back, hands-free, without touching a screen. You authorise access through a standard sign-in-and-approve screen and can revoke it at any time.
Stop re-typing leads from your website or ads (intake API & Zapier)
Section titled “Stop re-typing leads from your website or ads (intake API & Zapier)”If enquiries arrive somewhere other than your Wedding Computer form — your own website’s contact form, a listing on an ad platform, a marketplace — the lead intake API and Zapier webhook let that enquiry land straight in your CRM pipeline instead of you copying it in by hand. Wire up a Zapier automation, or have your website POST directly to the API, and every new lead shows up ready to work in your pipeline with nothing lost or retyped.
AI-drafted replies, prioritised by quality
Section titled “AI-drafted replies, prioritised by quality”One-click AI-drafted replies use the contact’s history, wedding details, and your own voice to write follow-ups, “not available for that date” replies, or referrals to another vendor — so you’re editing a draft instead of starting from a blank message. Paired with this, each incoming enquiry gets a quality score out of 10 with concrete reasons (for example, “date is in high demand” or “detailed enquiry”), so you know which replies to prioritise first.
A seamless brand for agencies and established studios
Section titled “A seamless brand for agencies and established studios”White-label forms remove the “Wedding Computer” branding from your public enquiry forms, so the form a couple fills out looks like it was built entirely in-house. This is aimed at agencies and established brands where presenting a consistent, seamless client experience matters — the couple sees only your business, never a tool they don’t recognise.
How the active-wedding cap works
Section titled “How the active-wedding cap works”An “active” wedding is any upcoming or undated wedding workspace you created or promoted to a workspace. The free plan has a soft cap on how many you can have active at once.
The key mechanic: past weddings free up a slot. When a wedding’s date passes, it is no longer counted as active. Most vendors doing a typical volume of weddings per year have fewer upcoming at once than the cap, so the free plan works indefinitely.
Weddings you’ve been invited to by another vendor never count toward your cap. The cap only applies to weddings you originated.
You can also manually mark a wedding as completed to free up a slot early.

Referral programme
Section titled “Referral programme”Refer another vendor and you both earn a free month of Pro. Every referral that activates Pro earns you one free month of Pro credit, automatically applied to your next invoice.
Upgrade or downgrade
Section titled “Upgrade or downgrade”You can upgrade to Pro at any time from Settings → Subscription. If you cancel, your account reverts to the free plan at the end of the billing period. Your data, contacts, and wedding workspaces are not deleted — you just lose access to Pro-gated features. Weddings above the free-plan cap remain fully visible and editable; you simply cannot create new ones until you’re back under the limit or reactivate Pro.
