Quote calculators
A quote calculator is a public, shareable pricing tool — clients pick options, see a running total, and can submit an enquiry straight from it. It’s built for embedding on your own website or linking from your Instagram bio, and any enquiry submitted through it lands directly in your CRM.
Access it from Quote Calculator in the sidebar.
Creating a calculator
Section titled “Creating a calculator”Go to Quote Calculator → New calculator and set:
- Title — e.g. “Wedding Photography Quote”
- Description — a short explanation shown to clients (optional)
- Base price and currency — the starting price before any options
- Options — add as many as you need, each with a name, price, optional description, and a type:
- Add-on — an extra flat-fee item
- Upgrade — a package-level upgrade
- Hourly — priced per hour
You can build multiple calculators — one per package, service line, or offering.
Sharing it
Section titled “Sharing it”Every calculator gets a public link: wedding.computer/quote/your-token. Click Copy link from the calculator list to grab it. The page is embeddable by default, so you can drop it straight into an <iframe> on your own website, or just share the link directly.
Set a calculator to Inactive to take it offline without deleting it — the link stops working until you reactivate it.
What clients see
Section titled “What clients see”Clients pick from your options and watch the total update live. When they’re ready, they can submit an enquiry directly from the calculator — this creates (or matches) a contact in your CRM the same way your enquiry form does, so quote requests flow straight into your pipeline without any manual entry.
